Versa Lite won't sync

Is anyone else experiencing issues? I rebooted the watching, restarted the app, rebooted my phone...deleted the app, resinstalled it - still not working.

 

I just had this issue in October 2020 and they sent me a replacement watch. This replacement has lasted FOUR freaking months!

 

Why has Fitbit declined so rapidly in quality?! 

 

Terrible watch and quality.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Personally, I'm not experiencing syncing difficulties with my Fitbit Ionic and my Huawei P30 phone, therefore, In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the Fitbit app:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Then, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
