I brought my Fitbit Versa Lite four months ago and it's stopped working. I brought 3 new charger to see if that was the problem, but it wasn't. My Versa shows a black screen, then it just lights up, and then vibrates nothing else after that.I tried to reset my Versa, but no luck. Can someone please help me?

my daughter bought me a versa lite for my birthday in august and it stopped working two days ago, I did a factory reset and that didn't help, all I get is a blank screen, I put it on the charger for several hours and when I tried to get it to start all I got was a battery symbol that said 0% charge
