I bought this Dec 2 thru Amazon Prime
Have had no issues until this last weekend
It just went black. I put it in charger thinking no charge overnight.
Nothing.
Without a screen or power you cannot do anything with it.
I really love the product and have been very careful with it charging regularly.
Please advise I have not had it 6mos

Hi @cindydm, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite won't turn on even though you have tried to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit soon.
