Versa not getting notifications

I have not been able to get my notifications/text on my Fitbit Versa....I have tried everything....Help

In order to avoid providing the same information, I would like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
