Versa won't vibrate when receiving notifications

Notifications are coming through but versa has stopped vibrating. Can anyone help?

Hi @SylviaJack2017, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the it doesn't vibrate when receiving notifications.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try turning off and then turn on the notifications again and see if the issue gets fixed.
