My fitbit was dead for a couple weeks and I charged it for a couple hours and it still would not turn on. I charged it longer and it finally came on and showed the fitbit symbol but would not connect to my phone. I held the back button to restart it and it shut off but would not come back on for an hour or so later. I kept it on the charger over night. I tried restarting it again today as it was on the fitbit symbol again and not connecting to my phone. It again went off and hasn't come back on. I've had the fitbit only a year and there is no damage. I contacted support and they said to clean the charger and try again but the charger I know is not the issue because I can charge my wife's fitbit on it no problem. The green light on the back is not flashing and it doesn't vibrate or anything when I plug it in. I really don't want to have to buy a new one as this one is not that old. Any help would be appreciated.
