I have a Versa Lite that is only a little over 4 months old. After the last update my notifications didn't work anymore. I tried all the steps suggested by support and nothing worked. So I decided to set it back to factory defaults and start fresh. It still won't update. It goes for hours and then fails. Support doesn't offer any new suggestions. Nothing works! I think I have a dud.
