Versa not syncing properly

After new update my versa not sinconicing with my mobiles (no device found), trying 100 of times, it sinc one time. It is automatically slowdown approx 1-2 minute after  every 1 hours( 7 minute slow after 5 hours),  I am android user. It is so pathetic  proper solution not get from fitbit service( no replace or repair) side from last 10 days.i am already tried all tips. please help me anyone , is it hardware issue or software? and how i solve it?

I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your Android phone. In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Since the update, my versa is not syncing either, actually it will sync but not save the data on the app

@KamV thank you for joining us in this thread. Since your Versa is also experiencing syncing issues.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that I shared in my previous post. Those steps are helpful in order to fix syncing issues. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

This is very costly product. They give all type of help up to 1YEAR( with in warranty period). But after one year  if any problem happens  , no one can help you because fitbit have no service centre or replace option.  Than what you do with this scrap?

Practically I am facing same problem,  because  rs-20k not a small amount. All others electronic product have offline service officially or unofficially . You can get spears in market,  but in case of Fitbit nothing. 

So please think before purchase FITBIT PRODUCT.

I was getting the same "device not found" error.  On both my apple tablet and my android phone.  I had been able to sync on both devices prior to the firmware update.  I went through all the troubleshooting steps, and still no joy.  I'm hoping this can be resolved soon

 

[edit]  my versa classic is not really holding a charge now, but it is still turning on
