Versa Lite won't update

Hi i got the versa lite yesterday and let the device update overnight. Woke up and its still not updated and stuck at 15% so i shut off and reset the device undownloaded fitbit and re did the set up is now will go to 3% and jump back down to 1%. What do I do? I'm about to take this thing back .

I ended up taking the device back ... Bit now yhe replacment keeps saying
its not connected

Thank you for sharing that you took the device back, but experience connection difficulties with the replacement. If you have set up the watch already and experience issues with syncing, please check this help article with useful information: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
