Since I’ve attempted to update the new firmware my Fitbit app on my phone will not complete the update. I’ve tried multiple times on my phone and my husband’s. As of now my Versa lite is useless, the screen just keeps scrolling notifying me to “Download the Fitbit app” please help. I’ve only bought it in December 😐
