Versa Lite won't update

Hello. I haven’t used my Fitbit Lite since January and decided to use it again. 
It has been updating for 24 hours now and it’s only halfway done. Is this normal since so haven’t used it? Should it take this long?

Hi there @Jenny-Bee08, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the difficulties you've been having to update your Versa Lite.

Note that the update may take a couple of hours to complete the update but it shouldn't take that long. 

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team after posting here to port about this situation and they already helped you to get back on track.
