Hi. I have had my versa for LESS than a month and it has already stopped vibrating when I get texts. I have restarted BOTH my phone and fitbit, as well as checked my notifications on the fitbit screen (no DND or sleep) and phone (iphone X). What am I doing wrong? I am SUPER disappointed. This is the THIRD fitbit I've had in 5 years! Each lasts only about 2 years (lose ability to charge) but I've never had a problem this soon after receiving the device. Please help!!

Hi there @snlanier, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite has stopped vibrating when you get notifications. Thanks for taking the time to check that your phone and watch were not in silent mode, DND or sleep mode, I'll be glad to help you.
Have you checked if your Versa Lite does vibrate with silent alarms? Your Fitbit device vibrates to alert you at various times, including if you set an alarm, when you hit your step goal, or if you haven’t met your hourly activity goal. Have you see if the vibration is also missing for this features?
If your device didn't alert you, make sure you successfully set an alarm. For more information, see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?
If you correctly set the alarm or aren’t receiving other alerts, test your device’s vibration motor. Connect the device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
