Versa Lite won't work after a Factory Reset

I restored it to factory settings then tried to update it and it will not work I’ve been trying for days

Why did you do a factory reset?

What doesn't/didn't work?

What phone do you have?

 

Check your phone is on the compatible phone list.

My sister messed about with it, it won’t finish updating, I’ve got an
iPhone 11

put the watch on charge,

Logout of the Fitbit app, reboot the phone

If its still stuck probably best to contact Fitbit Support  directly.They may be able to help you.
