Versa not syncing with Android phone

My fitbit loses time over night (up to an hour) and I had to sync it in the morning to get right time but now it won't even sync any suggestions

Hi unfortunately still not working. It only syncs if I shutdown and back on again and then not always. I've noticed on my settings on the fitbit it says WiFi off. I've tried doing that as well but no luck. I've done the Bluetooth a few times and I've cleared and re added device but still no good. Hope you can help as I can't even use it as a watch because it just keeps losing time because its not syncing. Many thanks viv Sent from my Galaxy

Hi its still not working. It started to work just before I was chatting with Miguel MR so they weren't really interested even when it stopped syncing again I was just told to get back tomorrow if its no good. Sorry to rant but I have literally tried everything and it works for a few minutes then back to not working and as its used as a watch its not good as it loses time by hours depending on how long it won't sync for. I am having the exact same issue! I use my Versa as an alarm which I can no longer do because I have been late to work 3 times now because it keeps losing time! It is almost 2 hours behind now and has not synced since yesterday at 9am! I have done everything Support has suggested and it is still not working. Getting frustrated as well! I love my Versa and don't want it to die!

The same thing actually happen to me today, so when I contacted support they told me to do the following:

Make sure your phone has the latest update

Log out of the fitbit app

Restart your phone before logging back in
