Ideal position my watch is showing calorie burn , example, whole night i keep my watch on table & morning i saw it;s 400-500+ calories burn, Not sure it;s product fault but when i checked with customer support , per them , watch will calculate based on your profile which you set, so it will show calorie burn ..
But my question is , without doing anything how watch is showing 400-500 calorie burn? It;s product fault ? or i am only facing this issue?
How i calculate actual calorie burn in a day ? Please help me to understand.

Welcome to the forums!
The calories burned are BMR calories. Your fitbit also calculates calories burned for your BMR. You burn calories just by being alive! Even Sleeping. Fitbit includes these burned calories in it's calorie calculations, so even if you did not wear the fitbit, you'll still burn these calories.

Your actual burned calories include the BMR. In other words Fitbit shows you total calories as BMR + active calories (those derived from movements other than BMR).
If you want to know your active calories only (not sure why you should want) then it is not possible in Fitbit environment.
