Versa Lite

If you have a Motorola g(7) phone, the versa lite will not work correctly.  I purchased the Versa Lite 3 weeks ago.  It worked fine until this last weekend when I received a data sync error.  I contacted customer service yesterday and they worked with me to try to get it corrected.  It still wasn't working today so I contacted customer service again today only to be told my phone wasn't compatible.  I had a fitbit HR 2 which worked fine with my phone.  No where on the box, or the product information in the box, did it indicate it wouldn't be compatible.  Very disappointing.

What do you mean by "won't work correctly" can you explain? Is it the whole tracker or just a function.

The whole tracker won't work. There is a data sync error. Despite working
with customer service over the course of several days and troubleshooting,
I was informed today that it wasn't compatible with my phone. I've also
tried to update the tracker multiple times, and the sync fails.

Updating your watch is the worst mistake. It will never work after that. I hope fitbit can do something about it because it ridiculous how is not so smart watch after all.

They told me to get a new phone. I'm going to return the Fitbit instead.
