Hi,

I am locked out of my versa which says to unlock using the phone. However, Versa is unable to pair/sync with the app on my Iphone.

Tried to reset/restart versa, Restart my iphone, still no luck.

I delinked versa from my profile and tried to link it back which fails to connect now.

Appreciate if someone can please help out.

Hi @Vijusher when you are requested to unlock with a phone. This is a 30 second task.

Open the Fitbit app, go to your trackers settings, device lock and set new pin.

Removing will make problems worth, and a restart will only restart.

You now have to do a factory reset.

For the Versa

Fitbit OS hardware reset.

On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This will trigger the 2-button hardware restart after about eight seconds.

- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, whilst continuing to hold the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.

- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.

- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

@Pratty101 is your tracker still connected to your Fitbit account?

If so it will take less than 30 seconds to unlock the tracker.
