Versa NOT turning on

A few days after the Versa update my watch died out of nowhere after displaying vertical lines on the screen. After a full evening of charging it will not turn on. Seemed support through the live chat and just suggested to hold the buttons but of course I tired that, the watch will do nothing! No lights on in the back and display will not come on.

 

Seems like Fitbit made a faulty update, what are the next steps towards a solution?

My versa's last sync was 8/2. Won't turn on, or charge now.

Same for me! I think mine was 8/4 but it died and will not charge or respond.

The same happened to mine!!  The battery was draining fast and then all the sudden i cant get it to come on now.  Any answers?
