So I recently got a fitbit versa classic for my birthday. I want to change the clock face on it but when I try to my.phone always says no app gallery connected to device. I've done all the troubleshoot uninstall reinstall app . I have galaxy s9 . Thanks for any input

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Can you please share with me a screenshot of the error message you receive at the moment you try to open the app gallery?
