Versa Non-responsive

I’ve read through the forum comments and attempted the reboot/restart but still no response. It charges but screen won’t turn on.  Please help

@MammaO Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since it won't turn on even though you've tried the restart process before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it before. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if its display gets back to life.

I’ve charged it over night and still it’s a black screen.  The lights on the back indicate it’s active but no screen display

Hi, contact Customer Support about this and tell them also what you already did to solve the problem.

Mine is doing the same thing!  Blank screen and will not restart.  Pretty exasperating.  I've not even had it a year yet.
