Versa Not Accurate

I love the fit of my new Versa!  I have used both the Blaze and the Charge HR over the last 4 years and been extremely happy.  However, I feel my Versa counts way more steps and shows way less miles then other fitbits I have used.  I have already checked my Advanced Settings (making sure it is set to miles, checked the stride length, etc.).  Any other users having the same issue???

My Versa has had more issues with tracking..but most notably when I sync it to the app.  I've had a few days where my mileage was under on the versa.... like 1 mile shift.   Then it syncs to the app and all of a sudden the mileage on both the app and the Versa are too high.  It went from showing a little i er 4 miles for 12 500 steps... which should really be around 5.25 miles...to syncing to the app and all of a sudden it said 8+ miles.

Ive also had ut register 59 active minutes yesterday from a GPS connected walk only to sync and hsve no actuve minutes....even though the walk shows up under my daily exercises.

I think it's time to return it and euther get a Charge 2 or go back to using my Blaze.

I’ve washed the car and been to the supermarket today and my Versace reckons I’ve done over 12000 steps. I went to the supermarket in the car , I didn’t walk. Very inaccurate.

I bought the new fitbit versa 2. I am on the second day and very UNHAPPY. It is not counting steps, miles and calories right AT ALL. I am going to send it back!!!!

I bought fitbit versa 2. And it is terrible. It is not counting the calories, miles or steps correctly. Just like you I took it off last night and in the morning I had like 300 calories and 90 steps, the watch was NOT EVEN ON. So I am sending it back after 3 days!!!!

I bought the new versa 2. Nothing is working, calories, miles and steps are all wring. I am sending it back after 3 days. Very disappointed!!!

I upgraded from a One as well. My one I could walk on the treadmill and see my steps adding up as I took them. My Versa is erratic counting steps, especially if I walk holding on to the treadmill rail then it’s extremely erratic. If my steps are so erratic I’m wondering if I can trust the accuracy of the rest of the watch. What's a huge disappointment!
