Versa Not Receiving Texts after upgrading to iPhone 11

I have seen several instances of this already and have tried the following solutions to not work. I upgraded my iPhone to the 11 from the 6s Plus, and now my Versa is not receiving texts.  I have reinstalled the Versa, the Fitbit app, removed it from Bluetooth, removed the app and BlueTooth settings from my old phone, rebooted the Versa, and alas, nothing has worked.

I am on day 5 of not being able to use my Fitbit the way I want to. Is there anyone out there with the same issue?

I have a iPhone 10 but since my last update I haven't been receiving my text notifications only.  I've tried everything they suggest to trouble shoot and it still does not work.

My iPhone updated to the latest IOS last night and logged me out of my Fitbit app. Whenever I try to log in, it says the user does not exist.

I have the 10x- and recently did the iOS update, and text notifications no longer work. Call and calendar notifications however do work. 

Have you been able to fix your issue? I've also tried everything they've suggested

I’m having the same problem. Call notifications work but even after trying all troubleshooting, text notifications won’t work. I’m on week 2 of not having my text notifications and it’s driving me crazy! I check everyday to see if Fitbit has an update just hoping they will do something to fix the problem. It’s frustrating to buy a device for certain features and then it stops working with no real solution to fix the problem.

So I FINALLY got it to work. What did the trick was under Settings-Notifications-Messages-Show Previews-When Unlocked. Before that I tried deleting the app from my phone, re-setting the Versa and uninstalling it and re-installing it from my phone.

Yay!!! I don’t like previews on my messages since people are nosy but I figured when my phone is unlocked I’m usually close by. So happy we finally got it to work!

Fixed it!! Do this everybody

• Update the Fitbit app.
• Tap the Settings app on your iPhone > Bluetooth.
• Tap the "i" icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
• Turn on Share System Notifications.
• Tap Settings in the top-left to return to the Settings page > Notifications.
• For Phone and Calendar, make sure Allow Notifications and Notification Center are on.
• For Messages, make sure Allow Notifications is on, Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners are on, and Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked.

I have the I-phone 7 and recently did the iOS update, 13.1.2 and text notifications no longer work. Call and calendar notifications however do work. 

Have you been able to fix your issue? I've also tried everything they've suggested

Has anyone tried this that has an old phone? like an I Phone 6? That is my issue........

My iphone XR will not receive text notifications since most recent iOS update. There has been one bug fix since then and it still won't work. Very frustrating.

I tried everything mentioned and nothing worked.   THEN after going to Setting—Notifications —Messages  and turning on Show Previews, I started receiving my text messages again. I don’t like having my text previews showing up on my iPhone, but it is the only way to get text messages on my Fitbit.
