Versa Not Tracking Sleep Stages

For the past few nights I'm only getting basic sleep information.  I'm no longer getting sleep stages and a sleep score.  I've tried restarting the versa, I tried shutting down the versa.  I charge my watch every day.  Still just basic data.  Ive had the versa for a while and has worked fine up until a few days ago.  Please help as I like tracking my sleep and was looking forward to getting more info with the o2 graph that should be coming soon.

@shrty331, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped tracking your sleep stages and sleep score. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

 

In addition, I'd like you check out this help article, which explains how your device tracks your sleep stages. Also, visit this help page in order to learn extra information about how your sleep score is tracked. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.
