Versa Special Edition Stopped Charging

I have had my Versa SE since Dec 25, 2019 and I have had no problems with it. I wear it 24/7 and ONLY charge it when it dies on it's own. Which has been twice total because there are times I don't let it completely die.  Anyway, today I wore in the shower for the 2nd time and was only in there a whole 5 mins, it was on 4% from the time I got in the time I got out. Later I glanced down and it was dead, I out it on charge at 8:45ish, last synced with the app at 8:37 and it was 'empty battery' status.  I tried all of the tricks, clean the contacts, try multiple outlets, put it on charge for 30mins. Nothing worked, the screen is blank and the app isnt even finding the device. Please help, I wear this thing and rely on it heavily for lots of things. I work outside and its literally my savior for ANYTHING AMD EVERYTHING. I even count on it to track my sleep and it's really helped with the things its known for doing. Again, I have tried EVERYTHING already suggested by other forum discussions so if there is ANYTHING new please respond. If I have put it above do not respond and waste my time. Thanks!

Hi @Cbl181617 I would so hate to waste your time, so don't bother reading this if you think it will.

Lithium ion batteries dislike being allowd to run down to 0 and also dislike getting very low. Doing this on a regular basis will greatly shorten the battery life. Charge when it reaches around 30%.

As I dont know what is covered by the  everything you have tried, again I risk your ire and suggest restarting the Versa several times and then see if it will charge. If it wont, then it is probably dead so contact Support.
