I have had my Versa for a little less than a week. It tracked my sleep and sleep stages for the first two nights and has since stopped. I have tried restarting it 3 times in a row (advice I saw in the Charge forums for the same problem) and unsyncing it from my phone and resynching it.
It tracks my heart rate, exercise, steps, calories, floors, EVERYTHING else fine--it's only my sleep stages that don't track. You can see in the attached screenshot that Thursday was the last day my sleep was tracked.
What is happening? Frankly, these devices are too expensive to stop working correctly after only a couple of days. (I'm fully aware that I can manually "start" and "stop" sleep, but that defeats the whole purpose of getting detailed sleep stages.)

I wear my Versa on my left wrist in the day, if I keep it on that wrist at night it doesn't record my sleep. If I swap wrists when I go bed it works.... I know... Makes no sense.
That's what works for me, I had the same issue on my Blaze.
Swapping wrist at nights works for me, give it a go.

I’ve had the same problem on and off for a few days. Haven’t restarted it yet, but just got a bumper/screen protector. Maybe this is the problem?

I tried it last night, didn't work.
I think I'm going to have to return it.
