Hi my fitbit versa tells me there is an update and when I try to update it just loads for along time then tells me there was a problem. Any help would be appreciated

Hello @Somers.
Thanks for bringing this up and letting us know that the update is not working.
I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for this thread.
In the meantime I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help in getting it to work properly.
