screen blackout today

My screen went black today and will not sync to app. I uninstalled app and tried reinstalling and it cannot find the versa to sync to

  • Mine dI’d too but earlier in the day.  It was 100% charged when I put it on this morning????

Mine did too. No reason. Did restart which worked briefly then died. Should be under warranty as only got at Christmas

I uninstalled app and tried to reinstall and will not sync. How did you do about getting a new watch under warranty mine is less than a year old?

The first step in a warranty claim is to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I went to fitbit.com and used "chat".  After trying a few things they suggested and still not working, i too was under warranty.  Good luck
