Hi. My Versa won't restart. Occasionally it will flash up the Fitbit logo, but nothing else. I've tried all the tips in your Help sections. Can you tell me where I can send it to be fixed? Thanks.

Hi @Carmel_M  Unfortunately there qre no repair centres for Fitbit products. It sounds rather as if your Versa has died,  but contact Support and see if they are able to help you.
