My device no longer seems to be working. It had charge and the screen has gone black and now will no lo get turn on despite being charged for more than 24 hours. It is only 18 months old so I'm disappointed. Is there a way of sending and getting a replacement?

Can they be sent back for repair. Seems it does not want to respond when I touch the screen, you can see part of it but things are streaky. Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device

My device is 16 mths old and I've been having the same issue. I get this vague glow although the device is fully charged. Can see anything on the screen. I did a reset and manage to get the screen on but that lasted for only a few minutes before it went dark again. I again did a reset last night, and got it on once again and it said the battery was at 90%. I woke up this morning to the device at 0%.

Now I did yet another reset to get it on. I changed the clock face to a Fitbit developed one in case there is a bug with the watch face. But I'm sure this will probably not work either since I seen a few people on here complaining about the same issue with their Versa, so this a Fitbit product or software problem.

I'm done with Fitbit. It's like it was only designed to work for the duration of the 1 year warranty.. Just a total waste of money:(

Same here. Screen is black and won't turn on.  Mine will just be 2 years old at the end of April.  Tried everything!

I bought mine November 2018 so it's out of Warranty. I'm weighing my options between Apple watch and Garmin now. I'm done with Fitbit!

I bought mine the same time. i managed to correct mine today by doing a reset and changing the clock face to a Fitbit original one. now it no longer turns off on me. I will know for sure if it worked if my watch stays on by the morning.

If you get another device I would say choose Apple. My husband had a Garmin and it stopped working after a year and their customer service never helped.

I was investigating the Garman and it said you can change the battery after a year. that is how long it is going to last. That was in the Vivofit.
