Hi,

My Vesna is not registering my steps.

i have turned it off, disconnected from Bluetooth and still no luck.

has some had this same problem and fixed?

please help!!!

you try a restart of the Fitbit? Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices? click to see

I'm having same issue. I've done a reset. Turned it off & on. Even did the factory reset. My Versa is not tracking any data at all. Says all software is up to date. It is charged. Any advice out there??
