Versa Notifications Stopped !!!!!!!!!

So frustrated!!! I spent $200 on this watch when it first came out.  Phone calls were the first to go, now none of my notifications work.  I have wasted so much time trying everything to get them working again.  No luck.  It's just an expensive piece of plastic that tells time, because the step tracking has always been a joke.  It can't track elliptical or recumbent either, so I relied on it for emails and texts.  Now those don't work.  I think it is just incompatible with Samsung.  Wish I would have known before I bought it.  I own two other Fitbit products.  The only one that has ever had reliable step tracking is the zip.

I am having the same issue. The phone call notifications don't work at all and the text don't vibrate.

same thing here and fitbit support says they are working on it, but have no idea when it will work again. It's a total waste of money! my phone is even listed as a compatible device.

I gave up. Quit wearing mine and bought a Samsung watch. Much better.
