Hi, I've spoken with Fitbit who sent out a new tracker on this, I have read through about 10 topics, none of which have given me a definitive answer yet.
I have been a Blazer user for 3 years, but last month upgraded to a Versa. It is running 33.1.30 and paired with an iPhone 7 Plus with the Fitbit 2.92 application installed.
Like a lot of other users, I require my phone on silent and have my watch to keep me notified of anything going on. I have followed all the official fitbit guides, the only thing that seems to get a notification showing is a restart. But in the last few days that has stopped too.
I have read that some settings (silent, DND or driving) stop notifications appearing. I have my phone on loud now and nothing is coming through still, so it is not that.
I have tried removing my old Blaze and all other bluetooth devices, that does not make a difference, so it is not that. I actually still wear my Blaze when doing DIY and that receives all its notifications still without any issue.
Any other ideas? The restart was a temp fix, the replacement device shows the same issues. It seems software, but Fitbit are adamant it is Hardware.

Hi, unfortunately this is a known issue between Fitbit and iPhones. In principle Fitbit is designed for Android devices, but also (more or less) supports iPhones with notifications as a known problem. Type in the search bar of this board: notifications and iPhones and you will find many topics similar to yours.
Just to be sure: did you enable notifications in the activity screen of your Versa (log press left button to see it) and also in the settings of your Versa, where you have two choices: on/off during daytime and on/off during the night ?
