Versa ONLY syncs to computer.

Hi all.  I'm having trouble getting my versa to sync with my smart phone.  The only thing it will sync to right now is my laptop computer through the fitbit dashboard.  I have a compatible phone (Huawei Honor 6x).   I have tried all the tutorials on here without any progress. It synced to my phone before the fitbit app was updated on November 1st, 2019.  There is no other Bluetooth device connected to my phone at the moment.  Any solutions?

This wouldn't explain why it used to work but doesn't now, but sometimes it helps to turn off bluetooth on one device to sync with another.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It worked.  I shut off Bluetooth on my laptop and the phone synced right away.  Thanks for the wonderful hints.
