Hi,
I recently purchased a Versa Special Edition smartwatch about two months back. Today, I noticed that the green LED light at the backside of the watch fails to glow when I pick up the watch and provide it some motion. However, if I wear the watch, only a single LED light glows. Having paid a large sum for buying the watch I am concerned about this issue and am worried that the watch may not be functional anymore.
Please help or provide some solution to this problem.
