Versa: Orange edges

Hi,


Please help. 
I've noticed an orange box appear around the edge of the screen on my fitbit versa. I've tried all sorts, including changing the clock face, restarting the device and doing a factory reset but it still there, glowing orange. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @RicardoFitbit , my Versa’s screen has similar problem of orange outlines appearing. The orange lines on left and right are quite prominent. I too have connected with support and tried all options but this was not resolved. Unfortunately, my versa is out of warranty. Is there thread on the forum where we can provide feedback for making the repair option available?? I’m hoping to get some resolution here else it is just not worth getting another Fitbit.
