This morning I took my dog on a walk and when I got back, I didn’t have any steps and my Versa wasn’t reading my heart rate. I tried turning it off, charging it, and doing a factory reset. After the factory reset, it would connect. After hours of trying, it connected, but now it’s glitching and not responding and there are lines going vertically on the screen. I’m super irritated as I’ve already replaced it once and this one is less than a year old.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I powered it off and it won’t come on at all now. 😭
