Okay, so I bought my Versa almost one year ago. It has started acting really slow, not syncing, restarting itself at random times, and draining its battery. It hasn't tracked my sleep or my exercise for a week. On top of everything, it also will vibrate for no reason. Help Please!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Curry4. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issues you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa which you bought almost one year ago. If you haven't done so, I'd like you to restart your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally.
You may also try to turn off your Fitbit Versa by doing the following: On your watch, open the Settings app > About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown. Wait a few minutes and turn your watch back on by pressing the back button. I also recommend switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face.
Please let me know if after following these steps you continue experiencing any difficulties. I will be glad to assist you further.
Keep me posted!

Same here!! I keep telling FitBit about it and they keep telling me they are "working on resolving this issue." This has been going on for 5 months now. This is ridiculous.

It actually started working by itself, so YAY! However, after this incident, and a few others I've had with Fitbit products, I have no plans to purchase another Fitbit.
