Hello everyone, I'm currently having issues with my less than a year old versa.
As of Sunday I got it off of the charging cradle, after two days of it being on there, since I was out of town and forgot it. Once I was back I took it off and put it on and all was well... Or so I thought. Apparently it died around 4 am that morning. While at work I was trying to get my notifications and that's how I found out.
However now, on Tuesday, it's not charging, and not telling me that it has 0% battery any more. Is there anything I can do?
I've tried resetting it, restarting it, charging it through the wall and through the PC at my desk; I'm not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions?

Hi @Caelum let support know the steps you've taken to resolve this on your own. Get with customer support. @Caelum welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the battery issues that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via chat as @Odyssey13 advised. You will receive updates from them soon.
