Versa (SE) won't sync with app

Hello,

My Fitbit versa hasn't been auto synchronized with the app for days. And last night I unpaired them from my phone and then pressed the side button to restart the watch, about five seconds later the Fitbit logo showed up, and I kept on waiting for it to turn on, but the logo kept showing up every five seconds and I couldn't and still can't do anything to it.  Is there anybody out there experienced this issue and would very much appreciate it if you could let me know how to fix this.

Hi @Tarazzl, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa (SE) since it stopped syncing with your phone and now it only shows the Fitbit logo. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive). 
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons. 
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch from scratch and see if the issues get fixed
