Anyone else have their Versa screen just fall off/dangle by a cord recently? I am really careful with my watch and usually wear a flexible screen cover that covers the entire face/sides of the watch. I took the protector off to cleanse and saw the face of my watch dangling when I moved my wrist.
Older conversations on this same issue have been closed. Based on the responses most did not receive adequate support and opted to move to another brand.

My daughter has a Versa 2 and her screen came off last week. She was just walking and hadn't bumped it at all either. She contacted fitbit through the chat feature and because it was still within the one year warranty, they sent another one to her at no cost.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @PhxMercury3 and thank you for your comment @Michelledk. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa screen.\\
I noticed that you already got in touch with our Support Team for assistance.
Keep on visiting the forums.
Glad she was able to receive support!!
I was not so lucky in that regard. This is my second Fitbit product that had a known defect. The last time the company readily acknowledged the widespread issue and fixed it for EVERYONE, regardless of warranty, because it was clearly a quality issue. Sadly that acknowledgement and care does not exist now.
