Hi,
My versa screen just feel out. I looked down and it was laying on my shirt. Has this happened before? I've had my fitbit for a year and a half. Are there any type of replacement parts or recall for this happening? Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Hi @ems12 Oh dear! Yes, it has happened to some others, but it is not a very common failure. There is unfortunately no way to fix the Versa. You should try Customer Support and see if they can help.

There is a way to fix this.
1. Make the ribbon cable on the screen is intact/not torn.
2. Get (b7000 glue) glue from eBay/Amazon/Craft hobbies store.
3. Use tweezers to remove any old glue from the edges of the screen and body of the fitbit (the old glue will be black and very strechy).
4. Use an alcohol pad to clean around the edges the screen and body.
5. Reconnect the ribbon cable of the screen to the mainboard of the Fitbit VERY CAREFULLY, don't press it down too hard (you should feel it click in place.) if the screen is connected properly it will turn on and the touchscreen will work.
6. Apply the new (b7000) glue around the edge of the Fitbit BODY.
7. Press the screen back on and set heavy books on the top of the screen for pressure.
You have to wait 48 hours for it to fully dry and cure.
