Screen speaks for itself. Reset buttons make no difference. It turns off and comes right back on to similar screen. I previous had a blaze that I had a lot of trouble with and then died within days of my 1 year warranty expiration. I decided to switch to Versa instead of switching brands. This may be the straw that broke the camels back. Are the new generation fitbits being made cheaply?

I called customer service. They tried to do a factory reset. It did not work and they sent me a label to return and they are mailing me a new tracker.

Best AnswerThe same thing happened to mine. It started bringing up the lock screen and would punch in it's own numbers all crazy, kept locking me out. Then it was overlaying 2 screens at once and then it just stopped working. Contacted customer support and will have to ship it out to be fixed or replaced.

I was pretty confident that, if a Factory Reset didn't work, they would be sending you a new one.
Was yours in warranty? I’ve had mine 1.5 years now and it’s doing that same thing. Did they send you a new one?
