Versa Screen Unresponsive

My versa is still tracking steps, sleep, heart rate, etc, however the screen is unresponsive to touch. I have tried the factory reset that was recommended, now it is stuck on the, Quick Tips, Start screen and will not respond when I click start. It is only a year old...

I've had my versa 2 for almost 3 months and it's not responding to any swipes. I've restarted and it doesn't help.

I've had mine for less than a year and the screen went unresponsive. So I did the three button factory reset like it was suggested on the forums (and endorsed by Fitbit). Now my issue is that it won't charge or even turn on. This is just hours after my wife's versa 2 showed up.
