Versa Screen Won't Turn On

The screen on my Versa randomly stopped turning on.  I can tell the watch is still functioning because my steps are being tracked and the watch vibrates when I get notifications, but the screen won't turn on.  I've tried both a soft reset and a factory reset with no response.  I've only had the device about a month.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
