My Fitbit Versa literally fell apart. My screen completely detached from the watch. The wires are the only thing holding the screen now? For the money paid one would expect it to last longer than a year??

Versa will not honor their warranty and only offerede a 35% discount on a new one!

How old is your Versa @Patrick1971

Is it still in its warranty perriod? If not, is there a warranty to honor? 

 

The other course would be to watch one of the several videos on how to replace the Versa Screen. I've done it when even the cable disconnected.
