Versa Screen fading.

I’m having issues with my Fitbit Versa. This happened a couple

months ago and I thought that it had resolved itself. The screen will fade in and out and then only show lines of color as well as half of the icons. When it does work it will start to become unresponsive and fade out. I have master reset the device and did quick resets with the device itself. I have multiple pictures and I am becoming very frustrated with the device, I haven’t even owned this Versa for a year.

Hi, two suggestions:

1. If you're using a Third Party Clock face, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. If you're using a Fitbit Face:

2. Restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see after each restart the Fitbit logo and release the butoons. This will reset the internal system of your Versa.

Thank you for the suggestion, at this point the fitbit is no longer responding and it now has a black screen. It is also not charging our keeping track of stats. I'm assuming at this point that the Versa is completely dead.
