Versa Screen has dark lines

When I woke up this morning by Versa screen had dark lines running through it to the point that I can’t navigate from the screen any longer. Sometimes the lines will shift, but they don’t go away. 

I haven’t dropped it lately and the battery should be fine, so I’m not sure what’s causing the problem or how to fix it.

Two things you can try - restart your Versa - left and bottom right buttons held down for about 10 seconds until you feel it vibrate. Second, in the app, change your clock face. If these don't work, I would suggest contacting Fitbit Support directly.
