Is your problem similar to mine (a week after the firmware update)?
Support asked me for the usual troubleshooting steps, but offered no alternative other than 'buy a new one'

Thank you, I figured as much. I researching Garmin, tired of replacing Fitbits every 6 months to a year. There is always some issue between broken bands and equipment malfunctions.
