Versa Stopped Giving Vibrations & Notifications

Just received my reminder email to use my 25% coupon before it expires & buy a replacement for my 18-mo old Versa. The email said to "let Fitbit Support know" if I've questions. So I responded to the email...only to get an auto-reply that Fitbit no longer supports emails. Really?

Here's my response:
"It's a shame that Fitbit is more concerned about selling new products than warranting the watches your customers already bought. I will not spend hundreds more of my hard-earned money on Fitbits that stop working in 18 months.

Former loyal & happy owner of Fitbit HR Charge & Versa watches"

Thanks for the good memories....

During this time, support at Fitbit, as well as other companies, is more limited.  Reach out to customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA. The phone number to call from the UK is: 0800 069 8505. Operation hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm. If you're not in the USA or if you prefer an online chat or email, then click for contact options

I've already reached out via Fitbit's online chat & Twitter support options. I was told that they're sorry to see me go, but they're really glad I chose Fitbit for part of my fitness journey.  Five years of customer loyalty means nothing....
