I called customer service and changed my setting from sensitive to normal. Nada. I called again and they had me sync, reset, and forget device, and pair. Nada. I think it's really odd that my sleep score stopped on January 1st, 2021. I've had my versa a couple of years and no problem. Anybody have any ideas? Has this happened to you? Please help.

I have the same problem. Does your sensor lights work on the back of your watch?

Yes, it blinks green when close to my skin. Turns dark away from it.

I have the same problem and the lights have stopped working on the watch!
